Mrs. Alice Adeline 'Barklage' Allbright passed away Thursday morning, May 25, 2017, at her Farmington Presbyterian Manor residence at the age of 96 years, 4 months & 17 days.  Alice was the daughter of William Barklage & Evangeline Regina 'LaBorne' Barklage. Also preceding-in-death was her husband, Arthur Louis Allbright (1997).

Alice was born January 8, 1921, in Concordia, MO., and lived a long & wonderful life. She took great joy in her family. Alice & her husband raised their family in St. Louis City, where she worked for many years as a church secretary, retiring in 1982. Before moving to Farmington, she and her husband enjoyed their lake house at Bull Shoals, where they spent many hours fishing and spending time with extended family. Alice was a member of Farmington First Baptist Church. She was blessed with a wonderful sense of humor & a sharp mind to the end of her life. She had good friends & was very active as a volunteer in her church. She lived a good life & will be missed by the family she loved so much.

Survivors Include : 3 children - Larry (& Diana) Allbright, of Arnold, MO;  Phil (& Nan) Allbright, of St. Louis, MO., and Joan (& Jerry) Sullivan, of Farmington. 1 brother - Donald (& Shelbi) Barklage, of Rolla, MO. 6 grandchildren - Michael Allbright, Melissia Forir, Mindy (& Ken) Clever, Bryan Allbright, Tim (& Angeline) Sullivan and Dan Sullivan. 13 Great-grandchildren and 7 great, great-grandchildren.

Visitation : Tuesday, 9-11 am, May 30th

Funeral : Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., May 30th

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Dr. William C. Miller officiating
